Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for both you and me, please take a moment to read the following booking and cancellation policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below. Bookings Appointments are by booking only. Walk-ins are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment via cash, bank transfer or payment link. Cancellations Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur any additional charges, but the deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the total remaining service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total remaining service cost and may result in being blacklisted from future bookings in severe cases. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. The deposit will transfer to the new appointment date. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a late cancellation and will require a new deposit. Lateness Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Please notify me if you’re running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and marked as a no-show. Time lost due to lateness may shorten your service, but you will be charged at full price. Group or Bridal Bookings For group or bridal bookings, a contract may be required with separate terms and conditions. A larger deposit and minimum notice for cancellations will apply — details will be discussed during consultation. Health & Safety Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup) unless otherwise advised. If you are feeling unwell, showing symptoms of illness, or have any open sores/ wounds, please reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. I reserve the right to refuse service if a client arrives sick or under the influence.
